Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to support their credit operations, ensuring the efficient administration of lending activities. This role involves working closely with Relationship Managers, Lending Specialists, and Credit Risk Management teams to maintain high-quality loan book administration, facilitate facility arrangements, and ensure compliance with internal processes and authorisations.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the administration of credit procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain the quality of loan book administration, ensuring necessary authorisations and documentation are in place.
- Produce facility letters for approved applicants.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with legal firms and valuers to support lending activities.
- Set up and maintain client facility data accurately.
- Assist in arranging sub-participated facilities within the organisation.
- Support loan repayment processes and the release of security.
- Arrange for the completion and drawdown of facilities.
Job Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong IT proficiency.
- Experience working with structured processes.
- Knowledge of credit facility issuance and general credit operations.
- High level of diligence and attention to detail, even under pressure.
