Senior Support Officer

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Senior Support Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on ensuring client action points—often resulting from compliance reviews—are managed promptly and accurately. The successful candidate will support the internal administration process by maintaining up-to-date and compliant client files, working closely with internal departments without the need for direct client interaction.

Job Duties:

  • Review and complete client-related tasks arising from internal compliance reviews and audits
  • Maintain and update client files in accordance with policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Resolve outstanding due diligence requirements and ensure documentation is complete
  • Conduct periodic file reviews to confirm compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Track and follow up on action points to ensure timely resolution
  • Liaise with compliance, legal, and administration teams to resolve client-related matters
  • Communicate updates and task requirements across internal teams
  • Provide administrative assistance related to client file management
  • Prepare internal and external reports regarding client file status and compliance
  • Support the management of internal systems and databases used for tracking client files and actions
  • Perform all duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify and escalate any compliance issues or gaps for timely resolution

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Organised and methodical working style
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas for improvement
  • Knowledge of fiduciary services and regulatory environments is desirable
  • Experience in compliance, fiduciary administration, or regulated industries is desirable
