Our client is seeking an Account Officer to join their Custody Solutions team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is responsible for delivering a high standard of client service to a portfolio of institutional and private clients with bespoke global custody and banking needs. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering strong client relationships. The position offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team.
Job Duties:
- Maintain and update client records in line with regulatory and internal standards
- Oversee daily service administration for assigned clients, including fund transactions, payments, FX, DVP settlement, and reporting
- Manage and track client queries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution
- Ensure client fees are calculated accurately and collected on schedule
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide solutions and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Stay up to date with internal systems to effectively support and advise clients
- Identify and escalate client issues and potential service risks to management
- Communicate policy or procedural changes to clients in a timely and professional manner
Job Requirements:
- Experience in client service or administration within the banking or securities industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and online client service platforms
- Flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to pursue relevant securities qualifications (desirable)
- Experience in a client-facing environment (desirable)
