Our client is seeking a proactive and service-driven Customer Service Executive to support their Custody team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves assisting in the delivery of high-quality client service, managing instructions across a variety of banking functions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client experiences. Job Duties:
- Support the Custody team with day-to-day client servicing
- Receive and action client instructions including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits, and corporate actions
- Communicate with clients to resolve queries, conduct call-backs, and assist with online banking activations
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services, liaising with Relationship Managers to convert leads
- Contribute towards the bank’s financial targets and revenue for assigned clients
- Assist with projects and large-scale system tasks as required
- Support the timely completion of client risk reviews
- Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and internal policies
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient IT skills
- Keen interest in banking and financial services
- Previous experience in a banking role (desirable but not essential)
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest improvements
