Our client is seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Manager to join their Family Office Services team. Reporting to the Client Director, this senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing a client administration team and managing the delivery of a first-class service to a portfolio of complex, high-net-worth clients. You will promote a strong service culture, contribute to business development, and ensure high performance and engagement across your team.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of the client administration team
- Deliver high-quality administration services to a complex client portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Provide technical leadership and act as a point of escalation for client-specific matters
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, AML, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and provide practical advice to clients
- Lead by example and embed company values across the team
- Recognise strong performance, provide feedback, and manage underperformance
- Identify and nurture talent, promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Provide clear responsibilities and appropriate training for all team members
- Communicate effectively with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues
- Manage team resourcing and allocation of client entities and workload
- Ensure appropriate standards of service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement
- Travel to meet clients and intermediaries as required
- Monitor and escalate risk issues and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Act as an authorised ‘A’ signatory and deputise for the Client Director when required
- Manage a portfolio of clients where senior-level oversight is required
- Support the development of new business activities and follow up on opportunities
- Manage financial aspects of the team, including budgeting and performance targets
Job Requirements:
- Hold a JFSC “Table 4” qualification
- At least 8 years’ relevant industry experience, including significant team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the local finance industry, legislation, and regulatory environment
- Excellent understanding of client financial statements
- Proven experience in managing high-performing teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Maintain a minimum of 25 hours CPD annually
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and make sound decisions
- Engaging leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Commercially aware with strategic business development capabilities
- Strong relationship-building skills and professional credibility
