Our client is seeking a proactive Administrator to join their Corporate Services team on a permanent, full-time basis. This position involves the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of simple client structures, while developing a strong foundational knowledge of corporate administration, offshore products, and regulatory issues. You will be working in a fast-paced, professional environment where continued learning and operational excellence are highly valued.
Job Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of simple corporate client structures
- Respond to requests from authorised client representatives for changes to constitutional documents, such as share capital changes, directorship amendments, or updates to governance documents
- Prepare documentation for company incorporations and partnership formations, including opening bank accounts
- Ensure timely collection and remittance of statutory fees in accordance with relevant legislation
- Convene and attend board and shareholder meetings, prepare and circulate minutes, and advise on secretarial matters
- Maintain statutory records, including the Register of Members, Register of Directors and Officers, and Minute Books
- Ensure service delivery complies with all relevant regulatory and internal procedures, maintaining high levels of data accuracy
- Support broader corporate initiatives that contribute to business goals
- Develop understanding of balancing regulatory requirements with client needs
- Build knowledge of corporate administration processes across the jurisdiction
Job Requirements:
- Educated to secondary level with Maths and English
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate administration role
- Studying towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CGI, ACCA, AGI, CIB, STEP or equivalent) is preferred
- Working knowledge of statutory regulations relevant to company administration
- Good organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise workload
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to different audiences
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Diligent, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to question and confirm task understanding
- Keen interest in financial services and a desire to develop within the industry
- Enthusiastic and confident with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and meet agreed deadlines
- Commitment to completing a minimum of 25 hours of relevant CPD annually
