Our client is seeking an Audit Executive Assistant to join their Audit team in Jersey on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Audit Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and contributing to the delivery of excellent client service. This role requires strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and flexible approach.
Job Duties:
- Provide efficient executive assistant support to the Audit Directors, including diary and email management, meeting arrangements, and timesheet and expense processing
- Ensure Directors are fully prepared for meetings, and assist with travel arrangements as needed
- Produce professional correspondence, presentations, proposals and reports using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Take dictation and minutes when required
- Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Audit Directors
- Support the wider Audit team to ensure an effective and efficient administrative service
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to departmental processes and client service delivery
- Act as an ambassador for the firm and help build a strong network of internal and external contacts
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant supporting senior management, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong diary management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with individuals at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Maintains confidentiality and acts with discretion at all times
- Ideally holds a relevant secretarial or administrative qualification
