Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Investor Services team on a permanent basis. This role is central to maintaining accurate investor data and ensuring the timely handling of investor queries. You will liaise with clients, investors and their representatives, and collaborate closely with internal teams including Fund Administration and KYC/CDD teams based across multiple jurisdictions such as Luxembourg, Jersey, and Guernsey. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting a broad range of private capital funds.
Job Duties:
- Responding to investor queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate investor records and data integrity across core systems including eFront FIA and Intralinks
- Processing investor static data change requests efficiently and in line with service level agreements
- Liaising with clients, investors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinating with Fund Administration and KYC/CDD teams across multiple jurisdictions
- Supporting the management of investor correspondence relating to technical accounting matters
- Assisting with investor communications across various private capital structures including debt, mezzanine, secondaries and other asset classes
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in investor services or fund administration
- Proficiency with systems such as eFront FIA and Intralinks is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Familiarity with KYC/CDD procedures across jurisdictions is desirable
- Accounting experience or knowledge relating to private capital funds would be advantageous
