Client Services & Reporting Analyst

Our client is seeking a Client Services & Reporting Analyst to join their Jersey office on a full-time basis. This role supports a high-value client by managing, analysing, and reporting on financial data, while also assisting with trust administration duties. Working closely with the Associate Director, the client’s private office, and colleagues in London and Geneva, you will contribute to monthly reporting processes, regulatory submissions, and client communications.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain strong working relationships with the client’s private office team and respond to ad hoc queries and requests
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including client due diligence, compliance notes, and KYC records
  • Assist with project work, providing support to the Associate Director and answering bookkeeping queries
  • Support preparation for quarterly board meetings, including reporting and compiling board documentation
  • Collaborate with bookkeeping and international colleagues to produce monthly client budget reports
  • Integrate client expenses into budget reports with support from the CFO
  • Assist in regulatory, tax, and compliance reporting (including FATCA, CRS, and Economic Substance)
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure all data is managed in line with internal policies

Job Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
  • Exposure to accounting and bookkeeping, or relevant accounting knowledge
  • Experience with Business Central or NavOne is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyse data and present insights clearly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
