Senior Trust Administrator (PT)

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join their private client team on a part-time, permanent basis, working 20–25 hours per week. The role involves assisting with the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring high standards of client service and compliance with internal procedures.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day administration of private client structures, ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes
  • Input payments, prepare supporting checklists and documentation, and ensure timely authorisation
  • Liaise with intermediaries and respond to a range of queries and project-based requests
  • Review trust and company minutes and documents, liaising with the company secretarial team as needed
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, including account opening forms, due diligence packs, and relevant checklists
  • Support client onboarding processes, including form completion and coordination with internal teams
  • Communicate professionally via email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting as well as FATCA/CRS obligations
  • Meet chargeability, WIP, recoverability, and debtor targets within set deadlines
  • Apply internal risk management procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely time sheet completion
  • Carry out onboarding and exit procedures for clients
  • Complete annual CPD requirements
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a private client trust and company administration environment
  • Excellent client service mindset with strong attention to detail
  • High level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and administrative skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Access
  • Ability to manage workload independently and work under pressure
  • Awareness of decision-making limits and sound risk awareness
  • Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player
