Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Client Service team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a book of private clients, working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
Job Duties:
- Manage day-to-day servicing of existing private clients
- Support the onboarding process for new clients in coordination with Relationship Managers
- Process client instructions including payments, security trades, foreign exchange, deposits, corporate actions and data changes
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, working with Relationship Managers to progress leads
- Communicate daily with clients and handle general enquiries
- Provide support for online banking setup and usage
- Assist team members during periods of high demand
- Contribute to the coordination of projects and large-scale system tasks
- Assist with periodic and trigger-based client risk reviews, ensuring KYC/AML compliance
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in a financial services client-facing role
- Ability to support and develop client relationships in collaboration with Relationship Managers
- Proficient IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Outlook
- Experience working effectively within a collaborative team environment
