Funds Administrator

Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Fund Administrator to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will support a portfolio of real estate and private equity clients, providing high-quality administration, management and company secretarial services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in fund administration within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with fund administration and company secretarial duties across the client portfolio
  • Develop a strong understanding of client structures and activities
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and third parties
  • Maintain statutory registers and internal trackers
  • Become familiar with key material agreements relevant to each fund
  • Support cash management processes, including payment reviews and incoming funds
  • Prepare bank account opening forms
  • Assist with investor calls and distributions
  • Support quarterly billing and cash collection activities
  • Contribute to onboarding and establishment of new clients and entities
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings as required
  • Coordinate and attend board meetings, preparing board packs and reports
  • Take and draft accurate minutes to a high standard
  • Ensure timely execution of documentation and agreements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a relevant administrative role
  • Working towards CGI qualification or willing to undertake it
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and proactive team player
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
