Our client is seeking a Trainee Fiduciary Administrator to join their Guernsey-based team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this entry-level role involves supporting the administration of trust and corporate structures. You will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a high standard of client service while gaining valuable experience in a professional fiduciary environment.
Job Duties:
- Process client transactions as requested by team members
- Maintain accurate client records, including database updates, scanning and filing
- Prepare statutory filings with the Guernsey Registry and other relevant registries
- Collect and maintain Customer Due Diligence documentation
- Assist with the opening of client bank accounts
- Input bank payments using online platforms
- Ensure all work is conducted in line with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare client correspondence for review and approval
- Draft board minutes and resolutions for approval
- Record and manage time effectively on a daily basis
- Complete timesheets daily with accurate and detailed information
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, manage workload, and work effectively under pressure
- Proactive and motivated team player with a flexible approach
- Understanding of local regulatory requirements or willingness to learn
