Our client is seeking a Trainee Administrator to join their Corporate Services department on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will involve supporting Senior Administrators and the Client Relationship Manager in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate structures. You will gain exposure to a variety of administrative tasks while developing your skills within a supportive, team-based environment.
Job Duties:
- Work collaboratively with managers and administrators as part of a team
- Respond to ad-hoc client and investor queries
- Assist in the handling of transaction documents and liaise with legal advisors
- Perform general administrative tasks including payment input and processing of recommendations
- Support investor subscription and redemption processes
- Liaise with internal teams and investors regarding KYC/AML queries
- Prepare materials for board meetings, including arranging meetings, compiling board packs, drafting minutes and managing follow-up actions
- Assist with regulatory and statutory filings
- Help maintain accurate records and registers for corporate entities
- Assist with bookkeeping, prepare reconciliations for subsidiaries and cash balances, and liaise with auditors
- Apply internal risk management procedures as required
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing demands
