Temporary Office Administrator

Our client is seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to support their finance team with essential administrative tasks over the summer period. This is a full-time temporary position available until the end of the summer holidays. The role is ideal for someone with general office experience, a professional and friendly manner, and a flexible approach to assisting with varied duties in a busy team environment.

Job Duties:

  • Scan, file and archive documents
  • Run errands to local banks as required
  • Complete payment requisition and invoice forms
  • Check and reconcile bank statements against cashbook spreadsheets and posted entries
  • Support the finance team with general administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Previous office experience, ideally in a finance or administrative environment
  • Friendly and confident with a professional approach
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, organised and reliable
