Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Private Clients team on a permanent, full-time basis in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to work either on-site or on a hybrid basis, with a 36.25 hour working week, Monday to Friday. You will support the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of companies and trusts, ensuring compliance with client agreements, legal obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Job Duties:
- Assist with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies
- Liaise with beneficiaries, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents, lawyers, and tax professionals
- Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail within set deadlines
- Provide support to team members with correspondence preparation and general administrative duties
- Support fee collection and debtor chasing on behalf of other team members
- Liaise with the Accounts Team regarding annual accounts for trusts and companies as needed
- Action compliance review points in a timely manner
- Encourage strong communication within the team and with management
- Proactively engage with learning and development resources
Job Requirements:
- Either an entry-level profile or some relevant experience in regulated finance or professional services
- Sound educational background with A Level/Baccalaureate or equivalent, including GCSE passes in English and Mathematics
- Willingness to study toward a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA
- Strong IT literacy
