Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their Personal and Premium Banking team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is focused on delivering effective day-to-day service to personal and premium banking clients while ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the daily servicing of personal and premium clients
- Process payments, security trades, foreign exchange, fixed deposits and corporate actions via in-person, telephone, fax or written instructions
- Communicate daily with clients to resolve queries, carry out call backs, and arrange online banking activations
- Provide support to colleagues during peak periods or absences
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services
- Positively contribute to cross-departmental improvements and changes
- Support projects and large-scale system tasks when required
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, rules and internal policies relevant to the role and client service
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficient IT skills and confident use of banking systems
- Keen interest in the banking sector and learning about financial products
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person and providing excellent service
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to work, with confidence in suggesting ideas and improvements
- Flexible mindset with enthusiasm for change and problem-solving
- Willingness to meet clients and attend events as needed
