Our client is seeking a Lead Digital Business Analyst to spearhead their digital transformation efforts. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in enhancing secure online platforms, digital services, and cutting-edge applications. The successful candidate will oversee multiple workstreams within a dynamic, delivery-focused programme, ensuring that business and functional requirements are met for stakeholders across diverse jurisdictions. Job Duties:
- Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents that outline comprehensive business needs.
- Realise benefits from the implemented analysis through meticulous stakeholder engagement and commitment.
- Ensure high-quality and comprehensive elicitation of Business Requirements and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder approval and sign-off for all requirements, ensuring robustness and completeness.
- Promote and drive quality and seamless process implementation.
- Create impactful Business Process Models, obtaining stakeholder approval and buy-in for processes and projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, alongside maintaining essential Project Control documents.
- Conduct thorough problem analysis and accurately identify root causes, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at an appropriate level, fostering strong relationships and acting upon feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in business analysis (5+ years) is essential.
- Proven experience with digital service projects, including websites, apps, and API solutions.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Capacity to lead multiple workstreams from inception to implementation.
- Specialisation in business analysis techniques and delivery of associated artefacts.
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision, maintaining a high work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential.
