Trust Supervisor

Our client is an independent, leading provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate administration, and yacht services to companies, individuals, and families worldwide. They are seeking a Trust Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of offshore companies and trusts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to supervise a dedicated team based in Guernsey, ensuring efficient service delivery to a diverse range of international clients.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the accurate maintenance of statutory records and ensure compliance at all times.
• Review and approve payments and board resolutions/minutes as a B signatory under the client signing arrangements.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments on legal, accounting, and taxation matters, accommodating varying levels of complexity.
• Communicate with clients and intermediaries via telephone and written correspondence regarding complex matters.
• Train and assist junior staff with queries and challenges.
• Support the Manager with requirements as needed.
• Conduct performance and objective reviews, promoting team development.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
• Achieved or currently studying towards a professional qualification, such as a STEP Certificate/Diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience managing a team.
