Administrator, Funds & Corporate Services

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join their specialist team within the Funds & Corporate Services sector. This full-time position involves the administration of a portfolio of client structures, predominantly focusing on international clients with real estate holdings in the UK and beyond. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Funds & Corporate Services Team, providing essential support and ensuring the highest standard of service delivery across various client needs.

Job Duties:

  • Administer a defined portfolio of client structures, including both Funds & Corporate Services and Private Client Services entities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members, intermediaries, clients, and their advisors.
  • Assist in training Assistant Administrators as directed by the Senior Administrator, Manager, or Client Services Director.
  • Manage billing and debt collection processes for your client portfolio.
  • Conduct reviews of Annual Accounts and Financial Statements prior to final sign-off.
  • Handle the acquisition, monitoring, and disposal of assets held within your portfolio, adhering to established procedures.
  • Prepare written correspondence, Board/Trustee minutes, and necessary checklists.
  • Maintain well-organised client files, ensuring documents are filed correctly and promptly.
  • Review periodic evaluations and address any outstanding issues raised during the review process.
  • Provide general assistance to the Manager or Client Services Director as required.

  • CGI/STEP Certificate or equivalent qualification completed, or currently pursuing ICAEW/ACCA Accountancy Qualification with proven exam success to date, or other relevant basic-level qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship building.
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to work under pressure.
