Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the administration of a diverse client portfolio under the guidance of Senior Administrators and Managers. Your contributions will be pivotal to ensuring seamless operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery. Job Duties:
- Liaise with intermediaries and clients as necessary under the supervision of senior team members.
- Check and maintain the central diary system to ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in the review process for valuable exposure and experience.
- Prepare corporate documentation and assist with billing and debt collection.
- Process payments, letters, and settle bills on behalf of client entities.
- Carry out administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Support various team members with routine administrative tasks.
- Adhere to Risk and Compliance procedures, particularly regarding regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
- Maintain CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures as applicable.
- Uphold the core values and guiding principles of our client.
- Fulfil any other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain a chargeable time percentage of 90%.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work to deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Capability to collate and present information clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to commence study towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
- Hold or have recently completed A Levels, Baccalaureate, or BTEC studies, and seeking a career in finance.
