Senior Administrator, Real Asset Funds

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their dynamic team in the Jersey office. In this full-time role, you will deliver a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a diverse portfolio of clients while also playing a vital part in supervising and nurturing junior team members. Job Duties:

  • Administer a varied portfolio of clients
  • Liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Take responsibility for client-appropriate regulatory documentation, including NRL returns and HMRC filings as required
  • Supervise, coach, and delegate to junior members of staff
  • Review payment instructions and maintain accurate client documentation
  • Commit to personal development in line with agreed annual performance objectives
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate the preparation and first review of board packs
  • Draft minutes for meetings
  • Prepare and review drawdowns and distributions
  • Assist with the review of accounts and financial statements
  • Request CDD and perform ongoing monitoring of CDD
  • Conduct first reviews of work and correspondence completed by junior team members
  • Generate relevant checklists for workstreams undertaken
  • Assist the manager with elements of the periodic review process
  • Manage transactional activity while appropriately delegating elements of transactional work
  • Support the onboarding department with any incorporations as needed
  • Carry out terminations of entities

Job Requirements:

  • Studying for or a willingness to study for an ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma, Diploma in Fund Administration, or another relevant qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry administration experience, including a minimum of 3 years running your own portfolio
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements, and working practices
