They are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to assist and support the corporate team in administering a diverse portfolio while maintaining a consistently high standard of service. Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the administration team to maintain a balanced portfolio of Corporate Structures.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across all business areas.
- Manage a portfolio, ensuring administrative duties such as preparing for meetings, drafting client emails, and supporting timely processing of payments are fulfilled.
- Support the clearing of review points and assist with compliance matters as necessary.
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and banks, providing a high standard of service.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their development.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures and promote a compliance-based culture to meet regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with necessary intermediaries.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within the corporate sector.
- Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification such as CGI, with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong client service focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft applications.
- A good standard of education, ideally with emphasis on Maths and English at GCSE or A Level equivalent.
