System Development Analyst

Our client is seeking a dedicated System Development Analyst to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis located on the Isle of Man. Job Duties:

  • Maintain the health, security, and availability of systems for users.
  • Ensure systems align with business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Support colleagues in effectively learning and using systems.
  • Drive innovation through the adoption of AI, automation, data analytics, and low-code solutions.
  • Support daily operations of core systems, including Quantios vPoint, Quantios 5 Series, Laserfiche, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and protect business continuity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain upgrades, patches, and small changes to business systems.
  • Build and consume REST APIs to ensure system integration.
  • Design, build, and deploy automation workflows (e.g. Power Automate, RPA) and low-code applications (PowerApps) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience (3-4 years).
  • Relevant professional qualifications in system management, cloud platforms, or database management are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated entity is essential.
  • Experience in a family office or corporate service provider organisation is desirable.
  • Familiarity with vPoint and 5 Series is advantageous.
  • A passion for technology, demonstrating energy, curiosity, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong ability to balance innovation with responsibility, fostering trust and connections across the business.
