They are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to oversee and enhance their corporate services team. Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of corporate services professionals, ensuring effective task allocation and target achievement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance team participation.
- Ensure all services comply with local regulations and internal policies, staying informed of any regulatory changes.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure the timely submission of required documentation.
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor and manage budgets and time recording to meet financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operations.
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities within the existing client base and through new clients.
- Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at networking events.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent are desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Jersey corporate regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a client-centric approach.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and corporate services management software.
