Job Duties:
- Administer a portfolio of client cases while supporting senior team members with transactions.
- Develop a broad understanding of offshore trusts, companies, and associated structures.
- Establish and maintain productive long-term relationships with clients while ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with investment advisors and asset managers concerning client affairs.
- Understand financial asset management and assess how market performance affects client portfolios.
- Navigate tax-related issues and address jurisdictional concerns relevant to client needs.
- Proactively identify and propose enhancements for client service and profitability.
- Cultivate relationships with professional intermediaries to support and grow the client base.
- Stay informed about industry changes and new services to enhance client relations.
- Comply with local legislation on fiduciary matters, including anti-money laundering and related regulations.
- Report operational risks and ensure all risk issues are adequately addressed.
- Champion the company’s values and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the group.
- Manage financial targets and ensure adherence to the organisation’s risk management policies.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of offshore fiduciary services and experience in handling related issues.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and intermediaries.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational abilities.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills in a fiduciary context.
- Basic understanding of financial markets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
