Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to join their dynamic team in Private Wealth and Corporate Services. Job Duties:
- Manage the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of clients with complex requirements, ensuring exceptional service delivery in collaboration with the Director and team managers.
- Serve as the main point of authority on day-to-day administration queries and conduct 4-eyes reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to data integrity, focusing on maximising system efficiency and enhancing client service.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, contributing to their training and professional development.
- Identify and propose process improvements, policy updates, and innovative service enhancements to elevate client experiences.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including anti-money laundering and record-keeping requirements.
- Undertake project work and initiatives as directed by your Manager.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate administration and private wealth fiduciary services.
- A relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP.
- Strong technical knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- High attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative culture.
