Senior Administrator, Corporate Services

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator in Corporate Services on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the administration of a client portfolio, overseeing allocated clients under the supervision of a Line Manager. This role requires a clear understanding of the client's portfolio, including risk awareness, relationship management, and compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.

Job Duties:

  • Administer and monitor a varied client portfolio within set timescales, investigating and suggesting enhancements where necessary to ensure timely and effective client care.
  • Manage individual billing and cash collection/debtors processes, with an awareness of recoverability to minimise write-offs.
  • Review client structures and complete review processes for client entities while remaining aware of risk exposure and fulfilling responsibilities under review procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures, and guidelines, including core values and expected behaviours.
  • Understand the impact of legal and tax advice on specific requirements for clients.
  • Provide a professional service to clients and intermediaries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client entities to ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
  • Assist with the management and training of junior team members.
  • Check and maintain the accuracy of central diary systems to ensure deadlines are recorded and met.
  • Manage Key Risk Indicator tasks within prescribed deadlines and contribute to the team’s performance.
  • Work closely with the administration team to ensure all client and internal deadlines are met.
  • Adhere to Risk and Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
  • Comply with CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and internal procedures.
  • Uphold the core values and expected behaviours of the organisation.
  • Perform any other duties as required by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong completer/finisher mentality.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA/ICSA/STEP) preferred but not essential.
