Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Officer within the Private Wealth department on a permanent basis. This role will involve the effective and efficient administration of a portfolio of complex structures, engaging daily with clients and intermediaries. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director/Manager and will proactively develop and build solutions to meet client needs while fostering long-term relationships.
Job Duties:
- Ensure the provision of exceptional service by the Wealth Structuring Group within agreed policies and procedures
- Actively contribute to the Wealth Structuring Team
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, optimising client potential and delivering a consistent, seamless experience
- Advise clients to ensure their needs are fully met
- Uphold the organisation's core values
- Update, scan, file, and archive records as necessary per record retention policies
- Respond promptly to internal communications affecting operational matters
- Contribute towards the successful delivery of remediation and other approved projects, providing constructive feedback, and assisting in data input and administrative tasks
- Manage administration of client entities, ensuring all actions recommended by diary entries are fulfilled, including tax filings, performance reviews, and quarterly client calls
Job Requirements:
- Strong specialist skill and technical knowledge related to the finance industry
- Comprehensive understanding of the broader business environment
- Proven competency in risk management and project management
- Ability to develop and implement systems for knowledge management
- Excellent time management and resource allocation skills
- Proficient in effective communication, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated capability in teamwork and relationship building
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in finance industry business
