Feature Analyst

Our client is seeking a Feature Analyst who will play a crucial role in delivering value through effective collaboration within the feature team and with key stakeholders. This full-time position offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes by ensuring that all requirements are aligned with overarching business value. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clarity around project requirements, thus enabling the feature team to implement solutions effectively. You will engage closely with cross-functional teams, helping to bridge gaps between product management, UX, and technology. You will have the chance to work on projects that matter, contributing to tangible outcomes for both the business and its clients. The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong background in information technology, along with hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation. Job Duties:

• Collaborate closely within the feature team and with stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Ensure requirements map back to business value and communicate implementation needs effectively.
• Capture and maintain up-to-date business and data rules.
• Document Epics, Stories, and tasks in Jira, providing regular statistics and reports.
• Clarify ambiguity in requirements to promote understanding among team members.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse functional needs and user story requirements.
• Create relevant analysis documentation from elicitation sessions.
• Identify and outline activities needed to fulfil backlog items before each sprint.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
• Practical experience in various business areas within IT.
• Good understanding of how different IT disciplines interact.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
