Temporary Group Company Secretary - 6 months

Our client is a dynamic international provider of private client, corporate, and fund administration services. This role is a temporary position aimed at providing dedicated administrative and organisational support to the Group Company Secretarial function. The successful candidate will enable the Company Secretary to deliver timely and high-quality governance, compliance, and board support across the Group on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months. The position is designed for someone who possesses strong organisational skills and is adept in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties:

  • Assist with preparing and circulating board packs, agendas, and supporting materials.
  • Support in drafting minutes for review.
  • Maintain and update various company secretarial trackers and schedules.
  • Maintain and update authorised signatory lists and associated due diligence records.
  • Assist with ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) tasks, including collation, filing, and updates.
  • Update governance documentation under supervision.
  • Maintain and update corporate schedules, registers, and filing systems.
  • Support routine statutory filings and ensure documents are recorded accurately.
  • Assist with collating information and documents required for audits, regulatory requests, and ad hoc governance reporting.
  • Ensure consistent version control and organisation of documents across digital platforms.
  • Support the smooth running of the Company Secretarial function by completing ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks while escalating appropriately.
  • Previous administrative experience within a corporate, financial services, or legal environment is desirable.
