Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their team, with a contract length that is expected to be full time. The role involves working within the Global Subsidiary Governance Services team, where the successful candidate will provide vital support to help clients navigate the increasingly complex regulatory and compliance landscape. The Trust Administrator will play a crucial part in servicing client companies' board meetings, ensuring that all necessary agendas and minutes are meticulously prepared and circulated. Additionally, the role requires proactive engagement in the incorporation and liquidation processes, managing various statutory responsibilities, and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders globally.

Job Duties:

  • Servicing periodic board meetings for client companies, including preparation of agendas and minute taking.
  • Pursuing matters arising from meetings as appropriate.
  • Proactively supporting the incorporation and liquidation processes.
  • Handling statutory responsibilities such as filing reports, accounts, and notifications.
  • Assisting with structuring private equity and property transactions as necessary.
  • Communicating with clients and other professionals, including tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, and government institutions.
  • Collaborating with various offices worldwide to ensure consistency and compliance in service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in business and/or corporate law.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within Private Equity/Real Estate asset class administration.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge in international tax and corporate law.
  • Highly organized, accurate, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of transactions.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Capacity to multi-task and manage unforeseen urgencies with the account manager.
  • Client-focused, service-minded attitude with a dynamic approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
