Senior Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator with a focus on providing exceptional service within the corporate services industry. This role is full-time and offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities. The successful candidate will play a key part in assisting clients with their corporate governance and compliance requirements. As a valued member of the team, you will engage with multinational corporations, private clients, and other professionals to ensure that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met. The role demands a highly organised individual with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Duties:

  • Administer a portfolio of client entities and perform day-to-day administration tasks
  • Assist with the collection of accounts receivable and ensure accurate maintenance of statutory books
  • Manage database administration and related statutory filings and payments
  • Support incorporation and liquidation processes proactively
  • Participate in servicing periodic board meetings of client companies
  • Create and maintain various internal tracking spreadsheets and reporting systems
  • Collect and collate KYC documents for client files
  • Communicate with clients, tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, and government institutions
  • Engage in the structuring of transactions as necessary
  • Act as the first point of contact for junior team members, providing coaching and delegation of tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in business and/or corporate law
  • 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position within a corporate services provider or law firm
  • Highly organised, accurate, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of transactions
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing unforeseen urgencies
  • Client-focused with a dynamic attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication capabilities
