Client Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager for a full-time permanent position. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the company's commitment to delivering thoughtful, personal, and high-quality services to all clients. Working closely with the Engagement Lead in the Fiduciary Team, the successful candidate will ensure that relationships with existing clients remain healthy and secure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about client care. The Client Relationship Manager will act as a Key Person as defined by the Financial Services Authority, aiming for the highest standards in client service. Additionally, they will be instrumental in mentoring team members and sharing valuable knowledge to strengthen internal capabilities.

Job Duties:

  • Act as Key Person as defined by the Financial Services Authority, ensuring expected standards are achieved.
  • Strengthen internal team capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Deliver co-ordinated, efficient, and compliant operations across the client portfolio.
  • Liaise with clients, advisors, banks, and professionals to ensure seamless administration.
  • Maintain accurate client data within fiduciary systems.
  • Draft Board packs, meeting minutes, resolutions, and correspondence.
  • Monitor compliance with AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct file reviews and ensure timely reporting.
  • Maintain proactive client engagement, always seeking solutions to meet client needs.
  • Partner with the New Business team to identify and pursue new referral channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Attained or working towards a STEP or CGI qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the TSCP sector.
  • A natural communicator with the emotional intelligence to make clients feel valued.
  • Deeply knowledgeable about fiduciary structures and trust administration, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Highly organised approach to inbox, calendar, and filing management.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ViewPoint, and Laserfiche.
  • A flexible and hands-on style complemented by a healthy dose of common sense.
