Trust Administrator

Our client, a leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund services to the financial services sector globally, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trust Administrator to join their team in the Isle of Man. This role involves providing support with day-to-day administration tasks, while gaining exposure to a small portfolio of trusts and companies.

Job Duties:

  • Supporting trust and company administrators with documentation and client servicing.
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and maintaining due diligence files.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in trust or corporate administration (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude.
  • STEP qualification or working towards it is a plus.
