Our client is seeking a Director for the Supervision division based in St Helier, Jersey, within the Banking and Investment Business sector. This role will operate in a hybrid working environment and will involve leading a dedicated Supervision team during a significant period of change. The Director will be accountable for maintaining and enhancing Jersey’s reputation as a well-regulated jurisdiction, working closely with both external stakeholders and internal teams. The position demands a deep understanding of the local and international business environment and requires fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, including the Government of Jersey and international organisations. The Director will also contribute to the development of a risk-based supervisory approach, actively engaging with internal and external parties to support the organisation’s strategic objectives. Success in this role will mean leading a high-performing team and ensuring continuous improvement in processes, all whilst motivating and developing talent within the organisation.
