Our client is seeking a temporary Payroll Administrator for a contract lasting three months, with the possibility to become permanent. This role is essential for preparing and processing client timesheets, invoices, and expenses. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating funds received from agencies to individual client accounts and managing client payroll to ensure all deductions are accurately calculated and applied. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date client records, submitting pension files to providers regularly, and handling payroll-related queries within agreed service level timelines. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience in contractor payroll, demonstrating a solid understanding of UK tax regulations, payroll operations, statutory deductions, and pension contributions.
