Client Support Officer

Our client is an international provider of corporate services and global expansion, active wealth, and fund solutions, located in the Isle of Man. The Client Support Officer will play an integral role within the Client Support team, providing proactive assistance to client administration teams to ensure compliance with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements throughout the lifecycle of a client. This position is full-time, involving a high degree of attention to detail and the need to meet tight deadlines. The role involves reviewing CDD documentation and information to ensure regulatory and policy compliance across a broad range of wealth structures. Additionally, the officer will conduct Risk Screen checks and Google searches to support due diligence and risk management. The successful candidate will also support client teams in various ad hoc projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Job Duties:

  • Undertake periodic and trigger event reviews for new and existing client entities.
  • Ensure that review findings are concise and accurate.
  • Review CDD documents received and assess certifiers.
  • Communicate effectively to cascade objectives and information to team members.
  • Perform role-specific tasks to support the Client Support Senior Manager.
  • Accurately record time and submit timesheets promptly.
  • Enable Administration Teams to focus on client relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of control documents, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Understand key risks, legal obligations, and their impact on operations.
  • Encourage compliance culture through strong relationship-building within the business.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar support role.
  • Proven track record within the offshore financial services industry, with experience in administering trust and company structures.
  • Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Proliferation Financing regulations is essential.
  • Familiarity with NavOne is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details effectively.
  • Ability to work within a team and deal with multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Ownership of personal training and development.
