Product Analyst

Our client is seeking a Product Analyst within the Product Office of a digital bank. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in safeguarding and enhancing the well-being of the digital banking ecosystem while specialising in delivering key features. The analyst will ensure the continuous health and optimal functioning of the digital banking ecosystem by monitoring, analysing, and addressing potential issues. This includes implementing preventive measures to enhance the ecosystem's stability and security. Additionally, the role involves taking a forward stance in roadmap planning and assisting with the delivery of crucial features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand business requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions. This role also encompasses supporting the creation of business materials and the coordination of activities to ensure successful product delivery. A strong focus on innovation and efficiency is expected, alongside managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration of their technologies into the digital ecosystem. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies is vital for contributing effectively to this dynamic role.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure the continuous health and optimal functioning of the digital banking ecosystem by monitoring and analysing potential issues.
  • Implement preventive measures to enhance stability and security within the ecosystem.
  • Take a proactive role in roadmap planning and assist with the delivery of key features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions and conduct necessary testing prior to delivery.
  • Support the creation of business materials and coordinate activities for successful product delivery.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure integration of their technologies.
  • Evaluate and select strategic partners to enhance the bank's digital capabilities.
  • Provide technical insight to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the business.

Job Requirements:

  • Solid background in digital technologies, including software development, cloud computing, API integrations, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficient in relevant programming languages within the digital banking landscape.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • A forward-thinking approach focused on innovation and creativity.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors, including evaluating and selecting partners.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work culture.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry regulations.
