Senior Administrator, Corporate and Fund Services

Our client is an independent, leading provider of bespoke private wealth, fund and corporate administration and yacht services to clients globally. The role involves the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate and fund structures with a specific focus on real estate, venture capital, and private equity asset classes. The Senior Administrator will play a primary client relationship role, managing several complex clients structured as Jersey Private Funds, Joint Ventures, and Club Deals, ensuring an efficient service delivery. Additionally, this position requires collaborating with the Corporate Services team to improve profitability and limit exposure to risk while providing excellent client service. The role is dynamic, requiring the ability to anticipate and resolve issues creatively, along with maintaining long-term, productive client relationships. There may be occasional specific additional tasks as required.

Job Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex client cases.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the principles and practices of companies and partnerships, particularly related to the Jersey Private Fund regime and other corporate structures.
  • Ensure mutual understanding of expectations and commitments between clients and the organisation.
  • Liaise with third-party lenders, law firms, asset managers, and other parties concerning client affairs.
  • Critically review company or partnership accounts and other financial reports as necessary.
  • Anticipate potential technical problems and seek expert advice when required.
  • Identify and communicate improvements to enhance service to clients and profitability for the organisation.
  • Meet with existing intermediaries to enhance the client base and relationships.
  • Stay updated with market changes impacting offshore structures.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of offshore fiduciary services and managing complex offshore fiduciary issues.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of compliance issues and the relevant regulatory framework.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in fiduciary services and be educated to A Level, qualifying as a C category person under the regulatory guidelines.
