Senior Company Administrator

Job Duties:

  • Assist with a varied portfolio of clients
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of service to clients
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisors, and team members at all levels
  • Prepare and understand contracts/agreements for clients, referring to specialist departments where necessary
  • Organise and attend meetings, preparing accurate minutes
  • Build and oversee client relationships
  • Take an active role in training and mentoring junior team members

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the Corporate Service Provider sector
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of managing tasks independently
  • Initiative and willingness for personal and business development
  • Relevant professional qualification preferred but not essential
