Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Fund Solutions team in Jersey. This permanent, full-time position comprises 35 hours per week and is tailored for individuals with experience in fund administration who excel in client service and are comfortable working with complex structures. The successful candidate will be an essential point of contact for a portfolio of fund clients, collaborating with a skilled team. Key responsibilities include coordinating and preparing agendas for meetings, supporting the organisation and execution of client payments, and managing communication with investors. The Administrator will also maintain comprehensive logs for invoices and queries, assist with the implementation of new internal systems, and participate in the billing and invoicing processes. Additionally, the role entails providing professional support during audits and addressing client queries promptly. Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed will be crucial.
