Temporary Senior Asset Services Administrator - 12 months

Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Asset Services team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to clients and intermediaries while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies. This position involves working collaboratively across the business to provide a seamless and efficient experience. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing operational transactions such as dividends, asset transfers, and AML review requests. The candidate will be required to handle a variety of client queries, ensuring that all operations adhere to established guidelines. Additionally, maintaining accurate records and participating in continuous improvement initiatives will be essential aspects of this role. The candidate will also have the opportunity to support the team’s internal procedures and engage in various projects, all while embodying the organisation's values of excellence, integrity, and innovation.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, companies, and third parties, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Prepare, process, and authorise operational processes, including dividends, asset transfers, asset setups, and AML review requests.
  • Handle client queries regarding dividend transactions, corporate actions, asset transfers, and AML review requests.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure team reconciliations are completed in line with company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the organisation's product offerings.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required, contributing to various teams and projects within your capabilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft applications; familiarity with I-DCRM, Jira, and Lucid charts is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent client communication skills (verbal and written) regarding complex but routine matters.
  • Ability to promote trust through open and honest communication with colleagues.
  • Capable of effectively prioritising workloads based on customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate co-workers by maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in thinking creatively to find solutions to identified problems.
  • Remain task-focused until the end result is achieved.
