Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their Finance Team, providing vital bookkeeping support for a diverse range of client accounts. This role is essential in ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards, while also observing confidentiality in all company matters. The successful candidate will have ample opportunities for career growth and the enhancement of their skills within a professional setting. Key responsibilities include the accurate and timely processing of bookkeeping transactions, managing postings to the Acumen accounting system, and reconciling both debtors and creditors ledgers. Furthermore, the Bookkeeper will maintain investment schedules, assist with documenting policies for complex financial issues, and produce letters in response to various queries. A systematic approach to filing and maintaining financial records will also be required, alongside the provision of ad hoc support to the department Manager/Director as necessary.
