Our client offers innovative private client, corporate, and fund administration services tailored to clients' needs, and operates across multiple jurisdictions, including the Isle of Man, with a strong client-centric approach and commitment to excellence. This role is located within the Trust & Corporate Department and is pivotal to the business's success. The individual will manage a Trust and Company administration team, maintain key client relationships, and oversee a portfolio of complex company and trust structures. A significant aspect of this position involves building and developing client relationships while actively engaging in new business development, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded. The Senior Manager will oversee the team's efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with policies set by the Board while maintaining high service levels. This is a full-time role based in the Isle of Man.
Job Duties:
- Actively develop and maintain relationships with complex and/or ultra-high net worth clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts.
- Administer key Fiduciary relationships while ensuring a quality service offering.
- Proactively manage client issues or complaints and resolve relationship breakdowns early.
- Understand clients’ needs and extended wealth beyond the specific entity under management where appropriate.
- Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business.
- Exhibit personal fiduciary responsibility and lead by example to the team.
- Authorise financial transactions and manage the opening and closure of structures.
- Collaborate with the Client Accounts team to review account preparations and resolve any arising issues.
- Monitor completion of periodic reviews and action points effectively.
- Ensure ethical calculations and invoicing of fees while maintaining profitability.
- Manage the team's debtors by escalating issues and resolving fee queries promptly.
- Act as an ‘A’ Authorised Signatory and an Officer on subsidiary Boards.
- Maintain technical regulatory knowledge and oversee client visit programmes and meetings.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic business direction.
- Support business development activities including networking events and professional development.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CGI, ACCA, STEP).
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Detailed understanding of fiduciary services and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist team members as needed.
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
- Drive, ambition, and eagerness to learn.
- Proven experience in delivering high standards in client service roles.
