Temporary Marketing Manager - 12 - months

Our client is seeking a confident Marketing Manager to take ownership of key marketing activities across partner, customer, and internal communications for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role involves transforming ideas into impactful results, with responsibilities spanning campaigns, content creation, product launches, and partner activities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with sales, product, design, and senior leadership teams to translate business priorities into creative and commercially focused marketing strategies across various channels. In a fast-paced environment, the Marketing Manager will manage multiple projects with precision, energy, and a keen attention to detail. The role is pivotal in shaping the organisation's market presence and achieving outstanding results through innovative marketing initiatives.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver and implement marketing campaigns to engage partner audiences and differentiate the brand
  • Lead partner marketing campaigns and enablement activities
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, partner tools, and presentations
  • Create training materials and enablement content for partners
  • Support the development of case studies and customer testimonials
  • Coordinate partner webinar communications and setups
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, print, and digital platforms
  • Develop and manage end-to-end launch plans for products, services, and updates
  • Manage customer lifecycle communications, including onboarding and service updates
  • Coordinate marketing briefs with internal teams, external agencies, and freelance support
  • Support the preparation and management of the marketing budget
  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all channels
  • Coordinate internal launch activities and go-to-market activities
  • Support sales teams with messaging, pitch content, and battlecards
  • Coordinate advertising and public relations activities
  • Support the maintenance of sales CRM onboarding and data coordination

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive and hands-on marketer with strong ownership of delivery
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a strong focus on execution
  • Comfortable making decisions and working autonomously
  • Naturally curious with an interest in broader business and commercial drivers
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong campaign planning and execution experience
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Ability to translate technical or product information into clear messaging
  • Experience managing content across multiple marketing channels
  • Familiarity with external agencies (e.g., design, public relations)
  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related qualification
  • Five years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Experience in a senior or lead marketing position
