Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to play a key role in delivering outstanding client service, supporting the development of their teams, and contributing to the commercial success of the business. In this position, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted contact and ensuring that all administrative, statutory, and service commitments are delivered accurately and on time. You will collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels, sharing your technical expertise while supporting junior team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Additionally, you will aid in achieving commercial objectives through effective time management, financial awareness, and a strong focus on quality and client outcomes.
Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service at all times.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
- Ensure statutory and administrative requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Identify client needs and support opportunities to enhance service and grow the business.
- Meet agreed deadlines and deliver work to a high professional standard.
- Achieve personal targets for time recording, utilisation, and working capital.
- Support Client Directors in managing profitability, work in progress, and fee collection.
- Help identify revenue opportunities and ensure prompt collection of outstanding fees.
- Coach junior colleagues on financial awareness and debt management best practices.
- Work closely with colleagues to build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members.
- Act as a buddy and share knowledge across the team.
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally working with high net worth clients.
- Strong technical knowledge with experience handling complex client matters.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Up-to-date understanding of relevant industry and regulatory developments.
- Client-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Professional, flexible, and calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and alignment with the client's values.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
- Studying towards, or willing to study for, a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP or ICSA).
- Commitment to ongoing continuous professional development once qualified.
