The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining internal trackers and statutory registers, as well as becoming acquainted with material agreements relating to their portfolio. The position encompasses various cash management tasks, assisting with board meetings, preparing high-quality minutes and supporting reports, and ensuring the timely execution of agreements and documentation. Overall, this role offers a dynamic environment with responsibilities that will contribute to the success of the team and the company.
