Contract FATCA / CRS Operations Analyst x 6 - 6 months

Our client is seeking to recruit six Operations Analysts for a six-month contract to support an upcoming remediation project in the Isle of Man. The role involves ensuring that client FATCA/CRS information is accurate and up to date. The initial outreach to clients is automated; however, the team will manage all incoming responses effectively. Candidates must be comfortable communicating with clients via phone and video calls while providing support to Relationship Managers for any complex tasks. An operational understanding of basic banking KYC principles is preferred, as training will be provided to enhance knowledge. This role is not suitable for summer students; candidates must be able to commit to the duration of the project. Core office hours are from 08:00 to 18:00, with flexibility and WFH available for those who may require it.

Job Duties:

• Ensure client FATCA/CRS information is accurate and compliant.
• Manage client responses to automated outreach and provide necessary follow-up.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and video calls.
• Support Relationship Managers with complex inquiries and tasks.
• Input relevant data into internal systems accurately.
• Submit weekly timesheets for work completed.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a banking or KYC-related role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work within a team environment.
• Availability to commit to the full six-month project duration.
