Our client is seeking a Transfer Agency & Fund Administration Lead within their Private Equity Accounting team. This is a leadership position with full-time engagement, responsible for overseeing all Fund Administration and Transfer Agency operations based in Guernsey. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic leadership and service delivery within the Guernsey's Private Capital business. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of PCA Guernsey and will be accountable for ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and effective governance. The individual will also support outsourced locations while aligning with the global operating model of the organisation. This position requires extensive collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, creating a cohesive service model for Private Capital clients.
